Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and instant yeast together.
2. Gradually add the water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
4. Once the dough has risen and bubbles form on the surface, shape the dough into a ball on a floured surface.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
6. Place the dough in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
7. Cook for about 25-30 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crusty.
8. Let cool before slicing.
