Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream (heavy cream or half-and-half)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
