Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 cup long-grain white rice
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter and melt until hot.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
4. Brown the chicken breasts in the skillet for 3–4 minutes on each side.
5. Add rice to the skillet and stir to coat with garlic-butter mixture.
6. Pour in chicken broth and scrape any browned bits off the bottom of the skillet.
7. Return chicken to the skillet and bring to a gentle boil.
8. Cover the skillet and simmer on low for 18–22 minutes.
9. Check rice doneness and ensure chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C).
10. Remove from heat and let rest covered for 5 minutes.
11. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
12. Slice chicken if desired and garnish with parsley before serving.
