Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
8 oz pasta
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the taco seasoning and stir to coat the beef.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
4. Add the pasta and stir to combine.

6. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
