Description

An easy weeknight dinner featuring crispy potatoes and creamy, Parmesan-coated chicken, all made in one pan for minimal fuss and maximum comfort.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. Add chicken to the mixture and coat well, letting flavors meld.
  4. 4. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil and Italian seasoning in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Spread potatoes on one half of the baking sheet and chicken on the other.
  6. 6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken is 165°F and potatoes are tender.
  7. 7. Let rest for 3–5 minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
