Description

Crunchy, cheesy little pockets of joy made with biscuit dough and filled with creamy chicken, perfect for parties or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1 pound chicken tenders or cooked shredded chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • All-purpose chicken seasoning to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (for sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for sauce)
  • 1/8 – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and all-purpose seasoning. Cook in a skillet until done and shred. Keep it hot.
  2. 2. Mix shredded chicken with cream cheese and mozzarella or cheddar until creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. 3. Roll biscuit dough into balls, flatten each piece, fill with chicken mixture, and seal tightly.
  4. 4. Arrange on a baking sheet, brush with melted garlic butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. 5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden, checking at 20 minutes.
  6. 6. For the sauce, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, add heavy cream, and whisk in Parmesan until thickened. Season to taste.
  7. 7. Serve chicken bombs warm with garlic Parmesan sauce.
