Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1 pound chicken tenders or cooked shredded chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • All purpose chicken seasoning to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing tops)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (for sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for sauce)
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)

Instructions

  1. 1. Season the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and chicken seasoning. Cook in a skillet until done, then shred if needed.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with cream cheese and shredded cheese until creamy.
  3. 3. Roll and flatten each biscuit dough piece to create a nest for the filling.
  4. 4. Stuff the filling inside the biscuit rounds, sealing the edges well.
  5. 5. Place on a baking sheet, brush with garlic butter mixture, and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
