Description

Deliciously crispy and cheesy Pepperoni Cheese Crisps that come together effortlessly for the perfect low-carb snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sugar free tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in flat piles with space between them creating 4 to 6 piles at a time.
  3. 3. Cook for about 1 minute, until the cheese starts to bubble.
  4. 4. Top each pile with a slice of pepperoni.
  5. 5. Cook for another minute, until the cheese begins to brown and get crispy on the edges.
  6. 6. Carefully flip each cheese crisp, pepperoni side down, and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  7. 7. Transfer the crisps to a plate, pepperoni side up, and serve with the sugar free tomato sauce for dipping.
  8. 8. Repeat until all cheese crisps are cooked.
