Description

Quick and crunchy, these Pepperoni Cheese Crisps are a cheesy snack miracle that takes under 15 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 40-50 slices of pepperoni (approximately 4 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses and mix well.
  3. 3. Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder; toss to combine. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. 4. If large, cut pepperoni slices in half and arrange them on the baking sheet with space in between.
  5. 5. Sprinkle cheese mixture generously over each pepperoni slice.
  6. 6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. 8. Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
