  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Wash and dry the potatoes. Carefully slice the potatoes thinly, creating ‘hasselback’ cuts, without cutting all the way through.
  3. 3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring the oil seeps into the cuts.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper, and add any optional toppings like garlic powder or herbs.
  5. 5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are tender and crispy on the outside.
