Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
