Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. 2. Lightly flour a work surface and roll out the pizza dough to your preferred thickness, then transfer to parchment paper.
  3. 3. Spread 1 cup of ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch clear around the edge.
  4. 4. Combine shredded mozzarella and cheddar, then sprinkle evenly over the ranch dressing.
  5. 5. Arrange patted dry dill pickle slices in a single layer over the cheese.
  6. 6. Brush the exposed crust edges with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the crust. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. 7. Slide the pizza onto the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the pizza rest for 2–3 minutes before drizzling with extra ranch, slicing, and serving warm.
