Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
  3. 3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
