Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1-2 cups of cooked chicken or alternative protein
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs or crunchy toppings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, rice, vegetables, cheese, chicken, and seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
