Ingredients

  • 500g potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 egg
  • 50g flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for spraying

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and onion, then grate them coarsely.
  2. 2. Place the grated potatoes and onion in a kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess liquid.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, onion, egg, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
  5. 5. Form small portions of the mixture with a spoon and place them in the air fryer basket.
  6. 6. Spray with a bit of oil and air fry for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
