1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter (for frosting)
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
