Description

Delightful quark balls with a creamy interior and crispy texture, made effortlessly in the air fryer for a healthier treat.

Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Assemble the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Combine the quark, eggs, and vanilla sugar using a whisk or mixer until smooth.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix flour and baking powder, then gradually fold into the wet mixture.
  4. 4. Add melted butter and mix until combined.
  5. 5. Shape the mixture into golf-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
  7. 7. Arrange the balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air-fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
  8. 8. Once golden brown, remove and cool on a wire rack.
