Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 250 g Quark (40% fat)
  • 2 packs Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 40 g Butter
  • 60 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. 2. Using a mixer with kneading hooks, combine the quark, flour, eggs, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to create a slightly sticky dough.
  3. 3. Mold the dough into round balls using an ice cream scooper and place them in silicone muffin molds.
  4. 4. Set your air fryer to 160°C on the ‘bake’ setting and bake the balls for about 7 minutes, flipping them over for an additional 4 minutes.
  5. 5. Melt the butter and brush the tops of the quark balls, then roll them in sugar before serving.
