Description

Simple yet delightful rice balls filled with creamy cheese and vibrant peas, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked peas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Flour for coating
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice with mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, peas, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. 2. Take a small amount of the mixture and form it into a ball around a cube of mozzarella.
  3. 3. Roll the balls in flour, dip them into beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the rice balls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
