Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rinsed rice, water, olive oil, and salt.
  3. 3. Pour the rice mixture into the air fryer basket.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  5. 5. Check the rice for doneness and add a splash of water if needed.
  6. 6. Fluff the rice gently with a fork before serving.
