Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. 3. In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and add chopped bacon on top.
  5. 5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until browned and crispy.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and stir in the toasted pecans and dried cranberries.
