Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the butternut squash cubes, olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, and honey or maple syrup if using.

  4. 4. Spread the squash in a single layer on a baking sheet.
