Description

A simple and flavorful one-pan dish combining tender chicken thighs and colorful vegetables infused with roasted garlic.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
  • 1 head of garlic, cloves separated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken thighs and mixed vegetables.
