Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortillas for serving

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.
