Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits (8 count)
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  2. 2. Gently flatten each biscuit to create more surface area.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley; mix until creamy.
  4. 4. Scoop filling onto half of the flattened biscuits and place the remaining halves on top, pressing to seal.
