Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
