  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Toppings: sea salt, rosemary, or garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow the mixture to rest for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture along with olive oil to the flour. Mix until a dough forms.
