Ingredients
1.5 kg potatoes, peeled
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp sea salt

Instructions
1. Peel the potatoes and cut into large chunks.
2. Place in a large pan, cover with water, and bring to a boil; parboil for about 7 minutes.
3. Drain the potatoes in a colander to remove excess moisture.
4. Gently toss the potatoes in the colander to rough up the edges.
5. Allow to steam dry for a few minutes.
6. If necessary, preheat the air fryer.
7. Combine the potatoes with sunflower oil and sea salt until evenly coated.
8. Transfer to the air fryer basket, ensuring not to overcrowd.
9. Cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 25 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
10. Check for desired crispiness and serve hot.
