Instructions

  1. 1. Combine the orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce in a small mixing bowl. Taste and adjust to your liking.
  2. 2. Set up a small assembly line: a bowl with the beaten eggs, a shallow dish with the flour, and a clean plate for the coated chicken.
  3. 3. Dip each chicken cube into the beaten eggs, shaking off excess, then coat with flour.
  4. 4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until lightly browned, about 4–6 minutes per batch.
  5. 5. Once all chicken is cooked, reduce heat and pour the sauce into the skillet. Warm briefly, stirring to loosen browned bits.
  6. 6. Add chicken back to the pan and stir to coat. Heat until sauce thickens, approximately 8–12 minutes.
  7. 7. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  8. 8. Serve over steamed rice, noodles, or alongside roasted vegetables.
