Description
Crispy sliced potatoes prepared in an air fryer, making for a delightful and healthy side dish.
Ingredients
4 large potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for garnish

Instructions
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt and debris; peeling is optional.
2. Slice the potatoes into thin, even rounds using a knife or mandoline slicer.
3. Place potato slices in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.
4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper over the potatoes, tossing again.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
6. Layer the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if needed.
7. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove cooked slices and repeat with remaining potatoes.
9. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
