Description
A comforting slow cooker dish with beef stew meat, baby potatoes, and a rich garlic butter sauce that cooks itself while you go about your day.
Ingredients
2 pound beef stew meat
3/4 cup butter, sliced or cubed for easy melting
1 pound baby yellow potatoes
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 tablespoon seasoned salt

Instructions
1. Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Place the beef stew meat on one side of the slow cooker. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt over the top. Scatter chopped garlic evenly over the meat.
3. On the other side, arrange the baby potatoes in an even layer.
4. Lay the slices of butter evenly over both the meat and the potatoes.
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
6. Once done, gently stir everything together and serve hot.
