Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
6 slices bacon, chopped
¼ cup bourbon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; drain on paper towels.
3. In a bowl, whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Add beef cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and sear the marinated beef cubes until browned, about 4–6 minutes.
5. Add crispy bacon to the skillet, mix gently, and transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 10–12 minutes until desired doneness.
6. Let rest for 3–5 minutes, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
