Smoky Bacon Bourbon Beef Bites – Easy Party Favorite

Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
6 slices bacon, chopped
¼ cup bourbon
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions
1. Take the beef sirloin out of the fridge about 15–20 minutes before starting. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place a skillet over medium heat and add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, then reserve the bacon fat.
3. In a medium bowl, combine bourbon, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until the brown sugar dissolves.
4. Add beef cubes to the marinade and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
5. In the skillet with reserved bacon fat, add olive oil and heat over medium-high. Sear the beef cubes until well-browned, about 4–6 minutes.
6. Add crispy bacon to the skillet with the seared beef and combine. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 10–12 minutes.
7. Let rest for 3–5 minutes, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
