A playful mash-up of sweet, salty, and smoky with a little heat, these bite-sized treats feature creamy cheesecake and crispy bacon with a maple-caramel finish.
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup crispy bacon, chopped
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Fold in the chopped crispy bacon until evenly distributed.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners.
4. Scoop the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust, smoothing the tops.
5. Chill the cheesecake bites in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
6. Just before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with reserved bacon pieces.
