Delicious and fun Spicy Tuna Rice Balls, or onigiri, combining tuna and spicy sauce, perfect for snacks or lunch.
Ingredients
2 cups sushi rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Nori (seaweed sheets), cut into strips
Salt, to taste

Instructions
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions with water. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt.
3. Moisten your hands with water and take a small portion of rice. Flatten it in your palm, add a spoonful of the tuna mixture, then mold the rice around it to form a triangle.
4. Wrap a strip of nori around the onigiri and serve. Enjoy your spicy tuna onigiri as a snack or side dish!
