  • 1 cup cherries (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., thyme or parsley for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, combine cherries, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5–7 minutes.
