Description

A comforting and hearty casserole filled with ground beef, rice, and bell peppers topped with gooey cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  4. 4. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. 6. Top with shredded cheese.
