Ingredients

  • 4 peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 250g ground meat (or a vegan meat alternative)
  • 100g cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100g crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 50g grated cheese (like Gouda or mozzarella)

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. 2. Prep the peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds and membranes.
  3. 3. In a skillet, cook the ground meat until browned, then add in the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  4. 4. Mix in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and cooked rice, seasoning with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Stuff the peppers generously with the mixture.
  6. 6. Place in the air fryer and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 15-20 minutes, adding cheese halfway through.
