Sweet Potato Balls

Ingredients
1 sweet potato
White sugar (to taste)
Glutinous rice flour
Sesame seeds
Oil for frying

Instructions
1. Wash the sweet potato and cut it into thin slices. Steam the slices for 15–20 minutes until tender.
2. Mash the steamed sweet potato with sugar until smooth.
3. Gradually add glutinous rice flour to the mashed sweet potato, mixing until you have a smooth dough. Adjust with water or flour as needed.
4. Take small pieces of dough and roll them into balls, about 2–3 cm in diameter.
5. Moisten the surfaces of the balls with water and roll them in sesame seeds.
6. Heat oil to about 160°C (320°F) and fry the balls until they float and turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
7. Enjoy the sweet potato balls warm for the best flavor.
