Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, eggs, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
