Description

Crunchy and cheesy tater tot cups filled with bacon, cheese, and green onions, perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. 2. Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  3. 3. Place 2 frozen tater tots into each muffin cup.
  4. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Remove from the oven and press down the center of each tater tot to create a cup shape.
  6. 6. Fill each cup with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  7. 7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
