Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, cilantro, egg, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until cooked through.
