Description

Crispy toasted ravioli filled with cheesy goodness, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 12 packaged ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook frozen ravioli according to package instructions until al dente and allow to cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Dip ravioli into breadcrumb mixture until well-coated.
  4. 4. Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C) or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. 5. For Air Fryer: Lay coated ravioli in a single layer, spray lightly with cooking spray, and air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  6. 6. For Oven: Place ravioli on parchment-lined baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
