Description

Tuna Rice Balls are a quick, tasty, and healthy dish perfect for lunch, snacks, or light dinners. Easy to make and ideal for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • 6 sheets of dry roasted seaweed (nori)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise and season with salt to taste.
  2. 2. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking. Take a small handful of rice and flatten it in your palm.
  3. 3. Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center of the rice.
  4. 4. Mold the rice around the filling to form a triangle or ball shape.
  5. 5. Wrap the rice ball with a sheet of nori.
  6. 6. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. 7. Serve immediately or pack for lunch.
