Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
2 cups tortilla chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced jalapeños
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
2. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir and let simmer for 1–2 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
4. Spread tortilla chips on a large rimmed baking sheet in an even layer.
5. Drizzle nacho cheese sauce over the chips and sprinkle some shredded cheddar for extra flavor.
6. Distribute the seasoned beef over the cheese-covered chips.
7. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
8. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Top with diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, sour cream, and green onions, and serve immediately.
