Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
