Directions:

  1. Start by adding the chilli oil into a medium-sized saucepan on a low heat.
  2. Add half of the thinly sliced spring onion (the whiter end) into the pan and season with salt. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Next, add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and fry for another minute.
  4. Then, throw in all of the remaining ingredients: gyozas, pak choi, courgette, vegetable stock, and soy sauce.
  5. Stir everything to combine and cover the pan with a lid. Let it simmer for around 7 minutes.
  6. Serve your Gyoza Soup hot, topped with a sprinkle of the remaining spring onion and some chilli flakes. Enjoy!
